1. A one year subscription of Tomplay can be claimed with all NEW qualifying purchases of Casio Celviano AP-S200, AP-300, AP-S450, AP-550 and AP-750 Models only. Qualifying models available for the promotion are Casio Celviano AP-S200, AP-300, AP-S450, AP-550 and AP-750 Models only in UK colour variants (White, Black, Grey/Beige and Rosewood where available). 
2. Promotion commences and only applies to sales completed between September 1st 2025 - December 31st 2025.
3. Use of the Tomplay subscription requires a code and will require online internet access via desktop, tablet or phone (device not included). This code will be sent via email within 48 hours to the customer once their request has been checked.
4. Limited stock availability - This offer is only available whilst Tomplay subscription stocks last as well as stock of Celviano pianos until December 31st 2025.
5. Claims are only valid for transactions which are complete in full, including receipt of delivery during the promotional period. Back ordered stock of Celviano AP-S200, AP-300, AP-S450, AP-550 and AP-750 pianos which is later fulfilled outside of this promotional period will not qualify for a complimentary one year subscription of Tomplay. Final promotional Tomplay claim closing date is Midnight on January 14th 2026 for sales transactions completed between September 1st 2025 - December 31st 2025 only.
6. In the rare case of having issues accessing your subscription, please contact Tomplay directly for assistance. 
7. Casio Electronics Co. Ltd. will not be considered responsible or liable for the failure of any dealer to fulfil orders of Promotional Products during the Promotional Period. This includes failure of the retailer to remove promotional collateral once the cessation date has passed.
8. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned Casio Celviano AP-S200, AP-300, AP-S450, AP-550 and AP-750 pianos will not qualify for this promotion. Qualifying purchases will only be accepted from genuine authorised Casio retailers based in the United Kingdom or Ireland who have an active trading account with Casio Electronics Co.Ltd and/or Halnon Distribution (Ireland) - Celviano purchases made via retailers based outside of these areas will not qualify. Purchases from Thomann, Bax Shop, Woodbrass, Amazon Europe, Musicstore and any other retailer outside the UK will not be eligible for this promotion.
9. The promotion is only available to residents of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland and sales fulfilled by authorised Casio resellers in these territories.
10. Promotional offer is only available on new Celviano AP-S200, AP-300, AP-S450, AP-550 and AP-750 purchases whilst stocks last.
11. No retrospective claims for prior purchases of Celviano pianos before September 1st 2025 are accepted. 
12. No cash alternative offered.
13. This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Casio offer.
14. Casio Electronics Co. Ltd. reserve the right to make any changes or void this promotion at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever.

16. Should any purchase be cancelled and the Celviano piano returned to the retailer within 28 days of purchase, the Tomplay subscription will be void.

3. Your submitted claim form will be verified and your unique Tomplay subscription code will be sent to you once verified by Casio.

Data

• We intend to use your data in relation to fulfilling the delivery of eligible subscriptions of Tomplay. We will not communicate with you further unless you have opted into our Casio Music E-Newsletter.
• Transaction Data will be held for 7 years.
