TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A one year subscription of Tomplay can be claimed with all NEW qualifying purchases of Casio Celviano AP-S200, AP-300, AP-S450, AP-550 and AP-750 Models only. Qualifying models available for the promotion are Casio Celviano AP-S200, AP-300, AP-S450, AP-550 and AP-750 Models only in UK colour variants (White, Black, Grey/Beige and Rosewood where available).
   1.1. Additionally, a free Hidrau bench worth £179 can be claimed on point of purchase on selected premium Celviano models – AP-S450, AP-550 and AP-750 only. This bench will be issued by the retailer at the point of purchase on qualifying purchases.
   
2. Promotion commences and only applies to sales completed between October 16th 2026 - December 31st 2026.
3. Use of the Tomplay subscription requires an activation code and will require online internet access via desktop, tablet or phone (device not included). This code will be sent via email within the next 48h to the customer once their request has been checked and approved.
4. Limited stock availability - This offer is only available whilst Tomplay subscription stocks last as well as stock of Celviano pianos until December 31st 2026.
5. Claims are only valid for transactions which are complete in full, including receipt of delivery during the promotional period. Back ordered stock of Celviano AP-S200, AP-300, AP-S450, AP-550 and AP-750 pianos which is later fulfilled outside of this promotional period will not qualify for a complimentary one year subscription of Tomplay. Final promotional Tomplay claim closing date is Midnight on January 1st 2027 for sales transactions completed between October 16th 2026 – December 2026 only.

7. Casio Electronics Co. Ltd. will not be considered responsible or liable for the failure of any dealer to fulfil orders of Promotional Products (free Hidrau piano bench) during the Promotional Period. This includes failure of the retailer to remove promotional collateral once the cessation date has passed.
8. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned Casio Celviano AP-S200, AP-300, AP-S450, AP-550 and AP-750 pianos will not qualify for this promotion. Qualifying purchases will only be accepted from genuine authorised Casio retailers based in the United Kingdom or Ireland who have an active trading account with Casio Electronics Co.Ltd and/or Halnon Distribution (Ireland) who are actively advertising the promotional campaign - Celviano purchases made via retailers based outside of these areas will not qualify. Purchases from Thomann, Bax Shop, Woodbrass, Amazon Europe, Musicstore and any other retailer outside the UK will not be eligible for this promotion.
9. The promotion is only available to residents of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland and sales fulfilled by authorised Casio resellers in these territories who hold a trading account with Casio Electronics Co. Ltd.
10. Promotional offer is only available on new Celviano AP-S200, AP-300, AP-S450, AP-550 and AP-750 purchases whilst stocks last.
11. No retrospective claims for prior purchases of Celviano pianos before October 16th 2026 are accepted.
12. No cash alternative offered.
13. This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Casio offer, unless the customer has purchased an AP-S450, AP-550 or AP-750 Celviano, in which case they also qualify to receive at the point of purchase from the retailer, a free Hidrau piano bench (see below for further details).
14. Customers who purchase AP-S450, AP-550 or AP-750 also qualify for a free Hidrau piano bench.
15. It is the responsibility of the music retailer to deliver the free Hidrau bench alongside the qualifying piano upon purchase by a qualifying customer.
16. The Hidrau bench is only available whilst stocks last and during the promotional period stated in point 2 to customers who have made a qualifying purchase under the same terms as stated above.
17. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned Casio Celviano AP-S450, AP-550 and AP-750 pianos will not qualify for the free bench promotion. Qualifying purchases will only be accepted from genuine authorised Casio retailers based in the United Kingdom or Ireland who have an active trading account with Casio Electronics Co.Ltd and/or Halnon Distribution (Ireland) - Celviano purchases made via retailers based outside of these areas will not qualify. Purchases from Thomann, Bax Shop, Woodbrass, Amazon Europe, Musicstore and any other retailer outside the UK will not be eligible for this promotion.
18. Casio Electronics Co. Ltd. reserve the right to make any changes or void this promotion at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever.
19. All claimants are deemed to be bound by the above terms and conditions for this promotional offer.
20. Should any purchase be cancelled and the Celviano piano returned to the retailer within 28 days of purchase, the Tomplay subscription will be void and the Hidrau piano bench must be returned alongside the piano

2. Complete the necessary details in the form and upload a photo of your receipt as proof of purchase.
3. Your submitted claim form will be verified and your unique Tomplay subscription code will be sent to you once verified by Casio.

• We intend to use your data in relation to fulfilling the delivery of eligible subscriptions of Tomplay. We will not communicate with you further unless you have opted into our Casio Music E-Newsletter.
• Transaction Data will be held for 7 years.
• You have the right to withdraw from the promotion at any time and request the removal of your personal information from our system. You can do this by contacting Casio Electronics Co.Ltd.
