2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
2.1. To enter the cashback promotion, the Participant must purchase a Promotional Product from an authorised Casio Electronics Ltd (UK) retailer during the Promotional Period AND submit a valid claim online between 00.00 on April 4th and 23:59 on June 30th, 2025.

2.3. Claims must be submitted by fully and correctly completing a claim form online, at https://info.casio.co.uk/cashback-2025. Participants will need to scan, upload, and attach to the online claim form a digital copy of their receipt. Participants will then receive an email confirming that their claim has been received.
2.4. The Promotional Products are subject to availability while stocks last. Casio will not be liable for the failure of retailers to fulfil orders of Promotional Products during the Promotional Period.
2.5. Casio will not process any claims received after the closing date for receipt of claims of 23:59 June 30th 2025. Casio will not process claims which are in its opinion incomplete or illegible. Casio will not be responsible for claims delayed or not successfully received.
2.6. Only one claim per Promotional Product purchased may be made.
2.7. Claims by businesses or individuals who make bulk purchases (being more than 10 Promotional Products during the Promotional Period) will not be eligible to enter this Promotion.
2.8. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion.

3. CASHBACK
3.1. Participants will receive Cashback in the amounts shown on https://info.casio.co.uk/cashback-2025 for purchases of Promotional Products.

3.2. Casio will verify each and every claim with the retailer to check validity of the purchase. Any false claims made will be passed to the authorities.
3.3. Upon receipt and verification of the claim, Casio will arrange for a direct BACS transfer payment to the purchaser's nominated bank account. No alternative arrangement will be entered into and no cash or cheque will be provided.
3.4. Claims made between April 4th and May 14th will be paid by May 30th 2025. Claims made between May 15th and June 30th will be made by July 18th.
3.5. Only one BACS payment will be issued per valid claim.
3.6. If you are UK VAT registered and you receive cashback, it may reduce the taxable value of your purchase and you may need to reduce your input tax accordingly.
3.3. Upon receipt and verification of the claim, Casio will arrange for a direct BACS transfer payment to the purchaser's nominated bank account. No alternative arrangement will be entered into and no cash or cheque will be provided.
3.4. Claims made between April 4th and May 14th will be paid by May 30th 2025. Claims made between May 15th and June 30th will be made by July 18th.
