1.1. This promotion is only available on NEW purchases made of any of the products listed below (the “Promotional Products”) within the United Kingdom (“UK”) between March 8th and 31st May 2024 (the “Promotional Period”). All other products are excluded.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
2.1. To enter the cashback promotion, the Participant must purchase a Promotional Product from an authorized Casio Electronics Ltd (UK) retailer during the Promotional Period AND submit a valid claim online between 00.00 on March 8th and 23:59 on June 15th, 2024.

2.2 Products purchased via a retailer based outside of the UK, but with a UK distribution hub are NOT eligible for this offer. This includes but is not limited to the following: Thomann Music GmbH, Bax Music, MUSIC STORE professional GmbH (trading as dv247.com), Woodbrass Music.
2.3. Claims must be submitted by fully and correctly completing a claim form online, at https://info.casio.co.uk/cashback. Participants will need to scan, upload, and attach to the online claim form a digital copy of their receipt. Participants will then receive an email confirming that their claim has been received.
2.4. The Promotional Products are subject to availability while stocks last. Casio will not be liable for the failure of retailers to fulfil orders of Promotional Products during the Promotional Period.
2.5. Casio will not process any claims received after the closing date for receipt of claims of 23:59 March 14th 2024. Casio will not process claims which are in its opinion incomplete or illegible. Casio will not be responsible for claims delayed or not successfully received.
2.6. Only one claim per Promotional Product purchased may be made.
2.7. Claims by businesses or individuals who make bulk purchases (being more than 10 Promotional Products during the Promotional Period) will not be eligible to enter this Promotion.
2.8. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion.
3. CASHBACK
3.1. Participants will receive Cashback in the amounts shown on https://info.casio.co.uk/cashback for purchases of Promotional Products.
3.2. Upon receipt and verification of the claim, Casio will arrange for a direct BACS transfer payment to the purchaser's nominated bank account. No alternative arrangement will be entered into and no cash or cheque will be provided.
3.3. Casio will endeavor to transfer via BACS within 4-6 weeks of receipt of a complete and valid claim.
3.4. Only one BACS payment will be issued per valid claim.
3.5. If you are UK VAT registered and you receive a cashback, it may reduce the taxable value of your purchase and you may need to reduce your input tax accordingly.
