1. PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS, PROMOTIONAL PERIOD AND PARTICIPANTS
1.1. This promotion is only available on NEW purchases made of any of the following products AP-270BK/WE, AP-470BK/WE, PX-770BK/WE & PX-870BK/WE (the “Promotional Products”) within the United Kingdom (“UK”) between February 1st 2023 and March 31st 2023 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). All other products are excluded.
1.2. Claims are only eligible for purchases made via an authorised Casio reseller within mainland United Kingdom.
1.3. All Participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.4. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned products, or products which are counterfeit or infringe the intellectual property rights of Casio Electronics Co Ltd in any way (for example, including but not limited to parallel or “grey” products) will not qualify under this promotion.
2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
2.1. To enter the cashback promotion, the Participant must purchase a Promotional Product from a UK bonafide and authorised Casio retailer during the Promotional Period AND submit a valid claim online between 00.00 on February 1st 2023 and March 31st 2023.
2.2. Claims must be submitted by fully and correctly completing a claim form online, at https://info.casio.co.uk/cashback-23. Participants will need to scan, upload and attach to the online claim form a digital copy of their receipt. Participants will then receive an email confirming that their claim has been received.
2.3. The Promotional Products are subject to availability while stocks last. Casio will not be liable for the failure of retailers to fulfill orders of Promotional Products during the Promotional Period.
2.4. Casio will not process any claims received after the closing date for receipt of claims of midnight on April 30th 2023. Casio will not process claims which are in its opinion incomplete or illegible. Casio will not be responsible for claims delayed or not successfully received.
2.5. Only one claim per Promotional Product purchased may be made.
2.6. Claims by businesses or individuals who make bulk purchases (being more than 10 Promotional Products during the Promotional Period) will not be eligible to enter this Promotion.
2.7. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion.
3. CASHBACK
3.1. Claimants will receive £40 (forty) cashback in the amounts upon successful of all required information by this link https://info.casio.co.uk/cashback-23 for purchases of Promotional Products
3.2. Upon receipt and verification of the claim, Casio will arrange for a direct BACS transfer payment to the purchaser's nominated bank account. No alternative arrangement will be entered into and no cash or cheque will be provided.
3.3. Casio will endeavor to transfer via BACS within 4-6 weeks of receipt of a complete and valid claim.
3.4. Only one BACS payment will be issued per valid claim.
3.5. If you are UK VAT registered and you receive a cashback, it may reduce the taxable value of your purchase and so you may need to reduce your input tax accordingly.

3.7. Claims can only be made on qualifying products which are purchased during the promotional period as set out above (February 1st 2023 and March 31st 2023). Retrospective and/or prior claims on purchases that fall outside of the promotional period will not qualify for cashback reimbursement.
3.8. Casio Electronics Co Ltd. will make a £10 (ten pound) donation for every qualifying AP/PX piano sold during the promotional period to supporting charities working with music activities for those living with dementia. At the end of the promotional period, Casio will consult with our partners at Music for Dementia and agree the allocation of funds which will then be published and made available online. The payment will be made to the awarded charity or charities by June 30th 2023.
