2. Use of the BOSE On Ear Headphones will require a Wired Connection (included). The BOSE Bluetooth functionality is available for you to enjoy with your other compatible devices.
3. Limited stock availability - Offer is only available whilst BOSE On Ear Headphone stock lasts as well as stock of Grand Hybrid Pianos.
4. Claims are only valid for transactions which are complete in full, including receipt of delivery during the promotional period. Back ordered stock Grand Hybrid stock which is later fulfilled outside of this promotional period will not qualify for complimentary BOSE headphones.
5. In the rare case of receiving a faulty pair of BOSE Headphones please refer to your BOSE Warranty found inside your Headphones box and contact BOSE directly.
6. Casio Electronics Co. Ltd. will not be considered responsible or liable for the failure of any dealer to fulfill orders of Promotional Products during the Promotional Period. This includes failure of the retailer to remove promotional collateral once the cessation date has passed.
7. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned products will not qualify for this promotion. Qualifying purchases will only be accepted from genuine authorized Casio Grand Hybrid retailers.
8. The promotion is only Available to residents of the United Kingdom, Northern and Southern Ireland and sales fulfilled in these territories.
9. Promotional offer is only available on new Grand Hybrid  GP310/510 purchases whilst stocks last.
10. No retrospective claims for prior purchases of Grand Hybrid pianos before July 1st 2020 are accepted. 
11. No cash alternative offered.

2. Complete the necessary details in the form and upload a photo of your receipt as proof of purchase.
3. Your submitted claim form will be verified and your headphones will be sent to you within 28 days of your claim.

• We intend to use your data in relation to fulfilling the delivery of eligible orders of BOSE On-Ear Headphones only. We will not  communicate with you further unless you have opted into our Casio Music E-Newsletter.
• Transaction Data will be held for 7 years.
